Shipping:
- All orders are shipped out promptly (typically in 1-3 business days) unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address. See above Shipping Rates for Standard and Express shipping charges for the 48 contiguous states.
- Hawaii – Alaska – APO – FPO – PO Boxes – Outside U.S. All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO-FPO addresses, PO Boxes and/or outside the United States will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS). Shipping will be charged at US Postal Service postal rates plus $3.00 per address.
- Please provide an accurate and complete street address to ensure prompt and accurate delivery. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may cause an increase in shipping cost and a delay in delivery.
- If your order includes heat sensitive products such as candy or chocolates, please consider having it delivered to an address where someone can receive the package immediately.
- Please compose a message for each gift order, as we will include a personalized gift card at no additional charge.
- To ensure a guarantee of delivery without delay, please provide a telephone number or e-mail address for each “ship to” address. We will only use this information if/when there is a question regarding the delivery of your order.
- To ensure the best possible service, please check your order for accuracy.
Returns: All returns must be approved by Huckleberry Haven. Notice required on damaged or missing merchandise must be made within 5 days of product receipt.
